    (NCESE- RIM)

Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) involves managing IT infrastructure such as desktops, laptops or notebooks, servers, network devices, storage devices, IT security devices, etc. of a company - from a distance.

For example, if you are working in RIM, your client company can be based in the US while you remotely work on their servers from India.
